Acne Be Gone Mask

Acne Be Gone Mask

Raise your hand if you’ve ever felt personally victimized by breakouts.

Just because your teen years are long gone doesn’t mean your skin is safe from breakouts. Unfortunately, everyone can get acne at any age and adult acne is quite different than adolescent acne.   Even if you’ve had years of clear skin, a lot of stress, your diet, and hormonal changes as you age can trigger new breakouts. Here a dozen surprising reasons you could be having acne.

Acne signs vary depending on the severity of your condition:

  • Whiteheads (closed plugged pores)
  • Blackheads (open plugged pores)
  • Small red, tender bumps (papules)
  • Pimples (pustules), which are papules with pus at their tips
  • Large, solid, painful lumps under the skin (nodules)
  • Painful, pus-filled lumps under the skin (cystic lesions)

Acne usually appears on the face, forehead, chest, upper back and shoulders.

Our Acne mask is gentle, yet very effective in eliminating bacteria that causes inflammation.  Each and every ingredient has been carefully selected to address all different types of acne.  Get rid of your acne and, heal your skin and eliminate scarring.

Then, mix 1/2 tsp with hot water to hydrate.  Leave for an few hours to hydrate.  Add the ideal ingredients from the list below for a spreadable consistency.  After mixing leave in the fridge for 15 mins and apply to the face when cold.  Apply a thin layer and leave on for 15 to 20 minutes.  Refrigerate the left overs and use within a week.

Aloe:

  • Aloe Vera gel is a natural anti-bacterial substance. That means it can be directly applied to the skin, kill acne-causing bacteria, and help lessen the associated redness that seems to follow acne around like a shadow.
  • Aloe is well-known as a natural astringent.
  • Another ingredient of aloe is a chemical compound called “saponin.” This family of substances (one of which we know by the name “polysaccharide”) is one of the most powerful acne-fighting components of aloe. It not only kills skin viruses and bacteria that lead directly to acne but works to unclog the skin’s pores.

Yogurt:

  • Yogurt has mild astringent and bleaching effects, and its high zinc content minimizes blemishes and spots. It improves the appearance of pores and is a natural moisturizer. Because of the lactic acid it contains, it makes the skin soft and supple. Use a natural or organic variety of plain yogurt. If you have oily skin, use non-fat yogurt.

Honey

  • Honey contains its healthy bacteria to be effective. This will activate your immune system and help with inflammation and redness, as well as heal blemishes.
  • Honey contains glycolic acid and several other types of organic acids with unique properties. They ‘eat away’ at dead cells, promoting exfoliation without your usual scrubbing process.
